Excellent - I was trying to buy a watch direct from the manufacturer, however their website was not allowing me to do this, so I contacted First Class Watches, one of their distributors. They unfortuanately did not have this model on their website. Roland (I think this was his name) at FCW asked me to give him 24hrs and it would be on their website. I ordered it, it arrived, I am delighted. Now that is what I call service.

Very good service quick delivery and quality product.

Just used them for the first time, for a luxury watch with a great discount. Free delivery followed rapidly. Watch was properly boxed, with all accessories. I'm always wary of going through an unfamiliar supplier, but it I can't
fault them.

Ordered online and was pleasantly surprised how easy, quick and the watch was delivered promptly and well packed so no damage to box.

Delivery was great.
Problem is as I found out after, you part with £679 for a watch, which comes with no instruction booklet on how to set up, etc. so you can at least wear it with pride.
I now have to serch hard for another 'expert' or an on - line instruction booklet. Not good.

Ordered a genuine Mondaine replacement watch strap from FCW, £3 less than elsewhere, free postage, speedy delivery. Top banana!
